    I consider this book unnecessary. How to become a saint? Get saved! Period.

    Technically, Marta Odum is right. All Christians are saints. That's why Paul writes to 'the saints at Ephesus', even though some of them were a bit worldly!

    However, we do need to make sure that our sainthood is being worked out. Check out Philippians 3:16 - one of the greatest 3:16's in the Bible - and there's a lot of them!

    I guess the Christian life consists of becoming what God says we already are.

    I wouldn't mind reading the book some time . . .
